Ibizkus Wines, in Ibiza town

Founded in 2007 as Totem Wines, this winery, now known as Ibizkus Wines, stands out for leading wine production in Ibiza.

Located on the road from Ibiza to Santa Eulària, it’s the second largest winery on the island and perhaps the best known. They make red and rosé wines of the highest quality and from local varieties, such as Malvasía and Monastrell. In fact, you can find their wines in some of the best establishments in Ibiza.

Its tasting room is ideal for closing your eyes, testing your senses and appreciating unique aromas and flavours. Here you can taste their wines and accompany them with local delicacies.

You can also take a guided tour of the facilities and buy wines or other local products. Enjoy them!

Sa Cova, in Sant Mateu

Welcome to the oldest winery in Ibiza! It’s located in the town of Sant Mateu d’Albarca, in the northwest of the island, in an area with a great wine-producing tradition.

Sa Cova is surrounded by large expanses of vineyards and fruit trees, and is dedicated to the production of red, white and rosé wines. Don’t miss the opportunity to taste what many consider to be the best wines in Ibiza.

We suggest you take a guided tour of their facilities, where you’ll learn many details about wine production on the island and, in addition, you’ll be able to taste some of their best wines, accompanied, of course, by a variety of local products.

Can Maymó, in Sant Mateu

Also in the town of Sant Mateu you’ll find the Can Maymó winery, one of the most prestigious in Ibiza for the quality of its wines.

This traditional family winery has the latest technology for the production of wines, mainly from the native varieties Monastrell and Malvasia. Its wines are special and, like its facilities, have been improved over the years.

Can Rich, between Sant Antoni and Buscastell

Can Rich will not only surprise you with the size of its facilities, but also because they have managed to combine tradition and modernity to perfection.

On their land, located in Buscastell, they grow Monastrell, Malvasia, Cabernet and Chardonnay grapes, avoiding the use of pesticides, herbicides and other chemical products. By following 100% organic production processes, they have become a clear example of respect for the local ecosystem. They also produce Ibizan herb liqueur and olive oil.

Without a doubt, it’s a good opportunity to enjoy a high-quality wine production.

Long live wine!
