Reservation Conditions

By making reservations offered through the Online Reservation Service of www.blauparchotels.com, the customer accepts all of the general terms and conditions, which are considered an integral part of the reservation and are supplemented by the specific applicable legislation. Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit payment has been made.

RESERVATIONS AND STAYS
At the time of making the reservation, a secure payment of 25% of the total stay corresponding to that reservation is made via credit card deposit, which is not considered confirmed until this deposit is completed, except for non-refundable rates, which will be 100% of the amount. The remaining payment must be made at the beginning of the service (except for non-refundable rates). Any expenses incurred by the customer during their stay will be paid at the end of their stay at the establishment. Check-in will be from 14:00 hours and check-out will be at 12:00 hours.
A one-day reservation means that the customer has the right to be in the room from twelve noon on the reserved day until twelve noon the following day. Before or after these hours, the customer only has the right to deposit luggage in the designated room and to use the shower room.
The establishment reserves a maximum period of 72 hours to cancel the reservation, returning the full amount of the deposit in this case, including non-refundable rates.
