4 romantic coves in Ibiza to go with your partner

Secluded beaches, spectacular sunsets, crystal-clear waters and golden sands? Can you imagine? Maybe it’s your first trip together, maybe you’re spending your honeymoon in Ibiza, or you’re perhaps celebrating a lifetime together… In any case, a holiday on the island is always an excellent option to enjoy as a couple.

Today, we’ll show you the most romantic beaches in Ibiza, where you can swim in turquoise waters, share moments of intimacy and live unforgettable experiences in good company. Would you like to discover them with us?

Es Canaret Beach

This little Ibizan hideout is a real treasure. The beach is not very well known and difficult to access, which is why it is characterised by a fairly small influx of people. If you are looking for a discreet beach to go to with your partner, Es Canaret is the perfect alternative.

You will reach it along an authorised path that crosses a private property where you will find a peculiar monument that commemorates the fatal fire that devastated a large part of the coast of Benirràs. You will be surprised by the paradisiacal setting of this beach, as well as its intense turquoise waters. Fabulous!

Es Portitxol Beach

Close your eyes and imagine what the most romantic beach should be like… This is what Es Portitxol is like! It is a small, very quiet cove, protected from the waves and the wind, which stands out for the beauty of its surroundings and the transparency of its waters.

The way to get there is not easy: you will have to leave your car near the Isla Blanca housing development and take a long walk through a pine forest that runs along the coast. The path is long, but very beautiful. You can be sure it’s worth the effort.

Punta Galera

Punta Galera is an uncrowded, quiet beach located under a cliff, very close to Cala Salada, in the town of Sant Antoni.

As it is an intimate and discreet beach, it is perfect for going there with your partner. It is made up of a group of natural rocks that overlap at different heights. In fact, if you want to lie down and sunbathe, you should place your towel on one of these smooth rocks and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is also ideal for nudism and for contemplating one of the best sunsets in Ibiza.

To reach it, you will have to walk along a stretch of rocks. Be very careful because there are no road signs!

Cala d’en Serra

If you are looking for a practically unspoilt beach where you can get lost with your partner, Cala d’en Serra is just what you need!

It is located in the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja, far from hotels and fashionable beach clubs. Despite being one of the lesser-known beaches in Ibiza, barely 50 metres long, it stands out for its magnificent surroundings and crystal-clear waters.

It is perfect for diving or snorkelling, or simply for swimming in good company. And, if you get hungry, this cove has a small beach bar where you can buy drinks, sandwiches and snacks. We hope you enjoy it!
